In an attempt to get the numbers out quickly I may have jumped the gun a little with my previous post. Six days into November sales for Gatlinburg Area residential sales are still be reported for October by our local Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors MLS. Here is an updated chart showing that while home and condo sales are still at their lowest in several years our Realtor community will almost certainly at least break into the triple digit range:
