With five sales already closed in December and eight more transactions pending I have been just treading water lately trying to keep my head above water. When sellers get the prices right there is still a LOT of demand for Gatlinburg area real estate and for that matter all of Sevier County including Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, Boyds Creek, and Kodak too.
