Oddly enough, April is usually a bit of a downer in our Gatlinburg area real estate market. We normally have a few LESS sales in April than we do in March but in 2009 that trend has been reversed. While the difference is scant, we are now ahead of March’s residential sales total of 102 units with our revised total of 103. Looking at the chart below you can see that we haven’t had that sort of result since 2005 which was a record breaking year and the high water market for our Smoky Mountain real estate market. Now if we could just post numbers above the same months totals for last year!!
