Since we are nearly to the end of February, it should be safe to finally but a wrap on the 2010’s sales figures for our Gatlinburg area real estate market. In 2010 I was greatly blessed with an average of almost 3 sales every week making me (by the grace of God) again the leading agent based on the number of residential units sold.
