Haven’t posted to this Gatlinburg real estate blog in almost a month which is quite embarrassing but this is really good news!! Although Pigeon Forge isn’t yet listed on their website’s list of coming locations, Cheddars Casual Cafe broke ground yesterday for their new location which will be in front of the Holiday Inn property at the center of Pigeon Forge. Cheddars is a perfect fit for our community and will be a most-welcome addition. If it is like the Firehouse Subs, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster restaurants that opened a few years ago in nearby Sevierville, the new restaurant will quickly be one of the chains very highest producing locations. Maybe now I should consider writing something more directly regarding Gatlinburg area real estate…
