We own an attractive glass front commercial building in Gatlinburg, just 1/2 mile off the main highway through town, which is US Hwy 441, better known in Gatlinburg as “The Parkway”. Our building at 510 Ski Mountain Road, Gatlinburg houses our real estate office as well as 3 other businesses. The current tenants are Volunteer Pizza, a coffee shop, and Cabins USA, a vacation rental management company. We now have two spaces available for lease with the recent departure of a couple of government contractors who had leased space from us for the past couple of years.
