I often complain that I’ve been too busy to write to this Gatlinburg real estate blog and that has certainly been the case of late! With a very successful personal flip transaction (50% NET PROFIT on a 31 day holding period!) and a good number of listings and closings, the blog has unfortunately been completely neglected. Now that the dust is starting to settle a little, it is time to try and catch up.
November was a VERY good month for Gatlinburg area real estate indeed. In fact, I can now confirm that 2015’s sales have already eclipsed the very robust total for all of 2014 and that doesn’t even include the month of December in the 2015 total. Here is the table:
