Angels we have heard on High…

Posted on December 23, 2019 by Sierra Brewer

While we try daily to be diligent in our service to God as we work in the East Tennessee real estate industry, and ask forgiveness for our many flaws, Christmas always reminds us of the blessings bestowed on us as God’s children, and the promised salvation granted us by his son Jesus. Even though we endure in faith of a greater ever after, little miracles remind us of his hand in our lives every day. One such blessing happened just a little over a week ago. While hustling about making last minute arrangements for a planned flight to visit family, I had the misfortune of misplacing my wallet. Imagine the sheer terror that ripped through me, only hours away from attempting to board a much anticipated plane ride to see loved ones. Gone at that moment was my identification, credit cards, spending money for the trip. This was going to be a massive disruption not only to our travel plans, but also our day to day lives. Banking and bill payment arrangements via credit cards, subscription, services, countless arrangements put in peril. Even getting on the plane in just a very few hours was going to be a real challenge.

As I feverishly replayed the days events in my head, praying I could recall the places all around Sevier County that I had visited and where my wallet might be, the worse case scenarios kept playing in my mind. We tend to forget how minimal our little problems are on the scale of God’s daily contributions to our lives. When I discovered my wallet was missing I was a good ways out of town checking on a property we are preparing to market. I called the office to see if by chance it was just laying about on my desk possibly. After a desperate scramble to search the office, the wallet was not found. I had one of the staff run across the street to a nearby Sevierville business I had briefly visited earlier. When he walked into the business feverishly searching the surroundings, a stranger walked up and asked if he was looking for a wallet. Stunned, my employee stuttered out a bewildered “yes”. The stranger, a truck driver passing through the area, confirmed the identity of the wallet owner, and handed over the missing wallet. Nothing at all was missing! In a flash, all the worlds problems dissolved in my mind, peace was restored. I never have to ask for proof of my faith. God has provided for me far greater than I should ever deserve, and in spite of my often displayed shortcomings, he continues to humble my heart with his generous action on my behalf. Christmas brings us together to share gifts and blessings, and exchange love and support for one another. Rejoice in the Good News, for Christ the King is born!

Blue the Wonder Dog
Canine Christmas Message

This is the very first Christmas experience for Blue, our chief “Pet Perspective Specialist” at All Pro Realtors. One of the struggles we are working to educate him on as he navigates through the holiday transitions of Christmas, is trash cans. See, for some reason he has confused Christmas stockings filled with delightful goodies with office waste cans. And Blue has become very stealthy at pursuing these prizes. Before you know it, he has knocked over another can and collected a forbidden treat. But we have all the faith in the world that he will be a reformed dumpster diver very soon. While he has an incredible nose for finding exceptional deals in the Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge area, all over the Smoky Mountain region, that powerful snout gets him in the dog house with the staff sometimes. In related news, Blue has inspired a new twist on a Christmas classic. Instead of the traditional “Do you hear what I hear?”, this revved up contemporary version is “Do you Smell what I Smell?” Blue is hoping that a smash hit single will be available on Apple Music just in time for the holidays!
Speaking of Blue’s nose, so bright, the Wonder Dog is sniffing out a new and amazing listing, coming very soon. Over the Christmas break, Blue will be hard at work digging up all the details on a very beautiful, well appointed home. Conveniently located just one mile off the parkway at traffic light #3, in a wonderful neighborhood in Pigeon Forge. We are excited to bring this fabulous opportunity to the Smoky Mountain real estate market. Very few homes in the Smoky Mountain footprint measure up to this real estate jewel. And Blue looks forward to sharing with you the full details, in just a couple of weeks! Blue reports that this is a very well priced property, a great value indeed.
The staff and I, as well as Blue the Wonder Dog, wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years!!!!
