Since 1995, Jeff Schoenfield has worked in Sevier County, Tennessee real estate and has been committed to providing the most professional real estate service possible. Starting with the creation of All Pro Realtors in 1997, which quickly became one of the leading firms in the county, this same commitment to professional quality service is also evident in All Pro Property Management Services which was created in partnership with our wonderful & very talented managing partner, Greg Fernatt in 2014. Greg very ably oversees all of our field operations and our multiple field crews and is definitely the hands-on member of our partnership.
In 2017, Wall Street Storage, All Pro Group’s first venture into the mini storage field, was added to the mix. Our presence in the Sevierville mini storage industry was further enhanced with the purchase of All Pro Storage in 2018. Dedicated to superb and professional service in each of our business divisions, All Pro Group is very proud to serve East Tennessee from our office in Sevierville, TN.
Our office is managed by Ruth Brewer, who also serves as our Property Manager. Ruth actually does the work of several people, but is ably assisted by more office employees. Amber Futch-Johnston is the Assistant Property Manager and is in charge of assisting the property manager in daily tasks as well as being a liason for each HOA we manage. Sierra Brewer works as a Social Media Specialist, and Jeff’s real estate assistant. Alexa Souza is the receptionist and manages the storage units. As you might imagine, all of these very talented ladies stay very busy.
Last, and certainly least, is our office mascot Blue, the Wonder Dog. Blue had a VERY tough start in life when we found him hiding under a construction dumpster on one of our job sites in February of 2019. Only 6-7 weeks and near death, Blue was terrified but also desperate for help. As we were still grieving having to put our dog down just a few months earlier, we weren’t sure that we were emotionally ready for a new family member but that changed quickly. Blue has come a long way in a short time. Note the before and after shots below:
